Nice menu. Good portions. I enjoyed the chicken marsala w/risotto. Delicious. They've got assorted entertainment on their schedule. Will definitely visit again.

Food was good and atmosphere was so nice!

This is my second time dining here and it was great. The food is flavourful, the portions are a decent size and the waitress was super friendly. I got the chicken parm and it was delicious. I love the atmosphere here.

I have driven past Johnny apples for literally decades and never dined there until about a year ago. It is very good. In particular I like the beef & horseradish sandwich in fococia bread. I don't know why, but I tried the cheesesteak once. Let me save you some time: don't. It's not a cheesesteak. It's a "Philly" 😏 But other than that one mistake, my food has been good. My full blood Irish father in law gave the stamp of approval on the pot pie. My half blood Irish wife has only ever had good things to say about her meals. The place always seems dead when we go, which is in stark contrast to how I remember seeing it 20 years ago when driving by on buck Rd. Back then it was always slammed. Now, it's looking pretty run down inside, with water stained walls and ceiling, cracked drywall, and just general wear and aging. It's unfortunate, because the food is still very good. I don't really understand what happened.

Was in the area after date night with the Mrs. As I was driving we noticed a well lit environment that had a bunch of cars in the parking lot. As we pulled into the parking lot, we heard bad singing, looked at one another and said to each other "O Yea...Karaoke night." Although we went for food but at no prevail, kitchen was closed. Anthony the bar tender was kind enough to make my wife french fries to put something on her stomach as we joined in on the fun of singing badly with a great crowd. I had never been here before so I had no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I had lobster bisque, which was rich but one of the best bisques I have ever had. But the chicken cacciatorre risotto was out of the world! Our server, whose name I think was Michelle, was very attentive and extremely nice. I would definitely go back.

Went for lunch with a few girlfriends. Both the food and atmosphere was very good. The waitress was great too. She didn't rush us as she recognized we wanted to sit and talk. She checked in on us periodically which was perfect. We will definitely go back again!
